Here is some process work, site work rather, that has led to my 3 design alternatives. Hope you enjoy, and that we can learn from one another... I started by doing some preliminary research on Canola in general, then advanced to the site in question. Originally, I was skeptical on the site's feasibility, but it works out perfectly now I've researched and "discovered" it, if you will. I'm very excited about working this problem out, as I'm sure the solution will naturally resolve itself in due course.

HEY ALL!!
I figure this is as good a place as any to post this.
I have an extra copy of "the death and life of great american cities" that was somehow charged to my account. It's hardcover and in excellent condition, shipped to me by Amazon. Technically i've paid for it, and i was planning on giving it back to amazon, but if you'd like a copy for 15$, it's yours! (Before I send it off to Amazon...)

PERSONAL GOALS
I would love to become an organized designer, even more so than I may think I am right now.
I would also love to read through and enjoy all of the books assigned to me in this class and others.
I need to understand building connections and therefore actually take a step towards built projects.
I want to learn Revit to the extent that some of my peers do.
I want to impress myself with my projects, as well as my peers and instructor.
I want to be able to tell my grandmother exactly what I'm doing in my project and why I'm doing it.
I want/need to create a resume, and begin to apply for internships both locally and regionally.
And thus, I also want to break my video game habits..................? Eh...but it's hard!!
Since Everybody else is doing a list of personal semester goals, I think I missed something...

Blogging....Bleh?
I'm not completely sure I'll get into this very much, though I hope to eventually expand all of my ideas and knowledge of media. This should be a good excercise.
Nervous about this semester, guys?
Anybody in Regin's section will be. Mike's? Perhaps not. I just hope I'm decently prepared for the Asswhooping that is Studio, again and again. We're supposed to design a research facility. A relatively big program, seeing as the last one was a set of very small cabin/houses on a level lot. I can't wait to deal with some topography for once, the one thing that the local area lacks.
